Christmas 2021 Important Information

We are predicting that Christmas 2021 will be just like last year where we experienced issues with delays in shipments, especially international ones, and an increase in orders.

In order to meet demand, we have put in place some Christmas cut-off times and dates that are subject to change. Before placing an order expecting it in time for Christmas please consult the table below.

We do not and cannot guarantee delivery times so the below cut-offs are based on our estimations but cannot guarantee delivery in time for Christmas. Especially international orders.

All orders placed after 9th December 2021

No more orders will be processed after 9th December 2021 until 6th January 2022.

If you place an order and wish to cancel it during this period you will incur any payment processing fees that we are charged.

Christmas items, such as tree decorations and Christmas cards, are also subject to these changes and if you order, it WILL NOT arrive before Christmas.

K Lights

K Lights are dispatched directly using Tracked & Signed postage so we are allowing orders up until the dates below. Or until the stock has run out.

Prints

Print orders sent directly from our supplier will have an earlier cut-off time. Orders placed after then will still be fulfilled but may not arrive in time for Christmas. We would highly recommend that you upgrade your shipping option to one with tracking.

It’s nearly Christmas and my order hasn’t arrived!

Unfortunately, we are unable to help in these situations unless you have placed an order that comes with customer tracking – which is an upgrade.

The cut-off times on this page are designed to give you the best chance of receiving your item before Christmas. If you ordered before the cut-off and the item hasn’t arrived yet it is likely delayed in the delivery network. It is outside of our control and we have made no promises on delivery by a specific date.

Your order is subject to the same refund policy for lost items as every other time of year so please consult the delivery page for your next steps.
